Korean Mock Test

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to Korean Mock Test, including student accounts, mock examinations, results, free and premium content, packages and related services operated by Nepizzle Technology, Butwal, Nepal. By using the service or starting an examination, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Korean Mock Test is an independent educational preparation platform. It is not an official EPS-TOPIK examination authority and does not guarantee an official examination result, employment, visa approval or selection.

1. Student Accounts

Each student must use their own account and provide accurate information. Login credentials must be kept confidential.

Accounts, packages and examination access must not be sold, transferred, shared or provided to another person unless Korean Mock Test expressly permits it.

Students may receive a unique KMT roll number used for identification and examination security.

2. Protected Examination Content

Examination questions, answer options, images, audio, explanations, layouts, mock-test structures, graphics, branding and other original materials available through Korean Mock Test are protected content.

Access provides a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the material for individual study and examination preparation only.

3. Screenshots, Recording and Photography

Students must not capture or reproduce examination material while an examination is active.

  • Do not take screenshots of questions or answer options.
  • Do not make screen recordings.
  • Do not photograph or video-record the examination using another phone, camera or device.
  • Do not use software, browser tools, remote-access systems or other methods to capture examination content.
  • Do not manually copy examination questions for redistribution.

The fact that a particular capture method cannot be technically prevented does not mean that it is permitted.

4. Sharing and Redistribution

Examination material must not be copied, uploaded, published, forwarded, sold, exchanged, translated, reproduced or distributed to another person.

This restriction includes distribution through messaging applications, social-media platforms, websites, cloud-storage services, email, documents, PDFs, printed material, videos, study groups or any other communication method.

5. Commercial Misuse

Korean Mock Test content may not be used to create, operate, support, promote or populate another exam website, application, training centre, coaching service, question bank, publication, paid group or commercial product without authorization.

6. Examination Integrity

Examinations must be completed by the registered student independently.

  • Do not ask another person to complete an examination for you.
  • Do not obtain unauthorized answers or assistance during a live exam.
  • Do not use AI systems or external answer tools during a live exam.
  • Do not manipulate timers, requests, answers, results or scores.
  • Do not attempt to discover protected answers before submission.

7. Security Watermarks

Examination screens may contain security watermarks displaying information such as the student's name, KMT roll number, Korean Mock Test logo or other examination identifiers.

Students must not deliberately remove, conceal, crop, blur, modify or bypass these security markings.

8. Platform Security

Students must not bypass authentication, obtain another user's session, manipulate APIs, bypass premium access requirements, alter results, scrape protected examination content, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with platform security.

Attempted abuse may be treated as a violation even where the attempt is unsuccessful.

9. Violations, Suspension and Termination

When Korean Mock Test reasonably determines that these Terms, examination rules, security requirements or content restrictions have been violated, proportionate action may be taken.

Depending on seriousness, evidence and repetition, actions may include a warning, examination cancellation, result invalidation, temporary account restriction, account suspension or permanent account termination.

Serious unauthorized distribution, systematic copying, commercial exploitation, fraud, security attacks or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or termination where appropriate.

Korean Mock Test may take additional reasonable action available under applicable law to protect its service, users and intellectual property.

10. Free and Premium Access

Some examinations may be provided free of charge while others require an active paid package. Package contents, pricing, validity and availability may vary and should be reviewed before purchase.

11. Purchases and Refunds

Paid access is associated with the purchasing account and is generally non-transferable.

Subject to applicable consumer law, digital examination access that has already been activated, accessed or substantially used may not be eligible for refund solely because a student changes their mind.

Duplicate charges, payment errors, significant technical failures or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.

12. Examination Timing

The examination timer begins when the student confirms the examination and selects Start Exam.

Closing the browser, changing device, losing internet connectivity or leaving the examination page does not automatically pause the examination timer unless the platform explicitly states otherwise.

13. Results

Mock examination results are provided for educational and preparation purposes. They do not guarantee the same score or outcome in any official examination.

14. Technical Availability

Korean Mock Test aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Maintenance, network failures, hosting problems, software updates, security events and third-party issues may occasionally affect access.

15. Intellectual Property

The Korean Mock Test name, branding, software, original examination materials, graphics, audio, images and other proprietary content remain the property of their respective rights holders.

16. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for preparing a compatible device, supported browser, stable internet connection, adequate power and suitable examination environment before selecting Start Exam.

17. Privacy

Personal information and examination records are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service, examination rules, security requirements, payment features or applicable requirements change.

Students may be required to accept an updated version before accessing examinations.

19. Applicable Requirements

These Terms operate subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
